Shipments for orders take between 2-6 weeks depending on the medium of choice. Metal, wood, framed, and acrylic items usually take longer to create and ship.

You can log in to your account. Please go to “my account”. If you have a guest account. Go to Support -> Track my order and at the bottom of this page, you can enter the email used for your order and your order #.

Our email system may be sending you the tracking number before the shipper is scanning the item. It might take up to 24 hours in some case for some carrier ( such as FedEx ) to scan the box and to activate the tracking, in the meantime, you will see “tracking not found” and it is normal, you can wait 24 hours and if it takes longer, feel free to contact us!

Paper prints, Canvas roll prints & murals. Price is available on About us > Shipping info. For any other framed products, we only ship to Canada and USA.

We do ship via AIR shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Since our Free shipping only includes ground service. Shipping to these locations requires an upgrade to AIR Express service. Cost is variable based on the size of the package and information is available during the checkout process.
